Gift certificate

Gift certificate for a visit with Buc

  1. The promotion starts on September 1, 2020 and ends on May 1, 2021.

  2. The GIFT CERTIFICATE - PURCHASE is valid from the signing of the notarial deed of the real estate purchase and must be used before September 1, 2021.

  3. The GIFT CERTIFICATE - PURCHASE is not redeemable for cash, is not transferable, nor exchangeable.

  4. The recipient of the GIFT CERTIFICATE - PURCHASE must be a natural person aged 18 or over and a resident of Quebec.

  5. The buyer client must provide Steven Buck with written confirmation of their banking qualification before starting any property searches.

  6. The GIFT CERTIFICATE - PURCHASE has a maximum value of five hundred dollars ($500.00) exchangeable at the merchant of the choice of the customer purchasing a real estate property.

  7. The GIFT CERTIFICATE - PURCHASE will be granted to a buyer client who has acquired a property exclusively through Steven Buck, and the latter must be the efficient cause of the transaction.

  8. The final negotiated sale price of the property must be a minimum of $200,000 and the transaction must be notarized no later than July 1, 2021.

  9. The GIFT CERTIFICATE - PURCHASE will be handed over to the purchasing customer at the notary after signing the notarial deed.

  10. This promotion includes the unique delivery of one (1) single GIFT CERTIFICATE - PURCHASE although the purchasing customer may be composed of more than one individual.

  11. The purchasing customer receiving the GIFT CERTIFICATE - PURCHASE accepts that promotional photos and their collected comments will be the subject of testimonials published on the web platforms and social networks operated by Steven Buck.

  12. This promotion is neither sponsored nor managed by the providers of the web and social media platforms, nor by the selected merchant.

  13. The “Gone Visiting with Buck” GIFT CERTIFICATE - PURCHASE promotion is organized by STEVEN AJ BUCK, Chartered Real Estate Broker, Remax du Cartier, real estate agency, 1290, Ave. Bernard Ouest, bur. 100, Outremont, Qc, H2V 1V9.

  14. The purchasing customer declares to have read, understood and accepts all the rules and conditions of this GIFT CERTIFICATE - PURCHASE. The purchasing customer undertakes to comply with the regulations and conditions in full, failing which the said participation and the award of the bonus will be cancelled without delay.

  15. Rules and conditions available online at BROMCO.CA/tools/rules and a copy will be given in person to the client during the first physical appointment.
