The person who completed and signed the reference form is hereinafter referred to as the REFERENCE.

The GIFT CERTIFICATE - REFERENCE is valid from the signing of the notarial deed of the real estate transaction carried out by the referred buyer client, and until May 1, 2021. It must be consumed before September 1, 2021.

The GIFT CERTIFICATE - REFERENCE is not redeemable for cash, is not transferable, nor exchangeable at the merchant of the reference.

The recipient of the GIFT CERTIFICATE - REFERENCE must be a natural person aged 18 or over and a resident of Quebec.

The GIFT CERTIFICATE - REFERENCE has a maximum value of three hundred ($300.00) exchangeable

The GIFT CERTIFICATE - REFERENCE will be granted to the REFERENCE when the referred potential buyer client, in return, has become a buyer client following his acquisition of a property through the exclusive intermediary of Steven Buck, and the latter is the efficient cause of the transaction.

The final negotiated sale price of the property must be a minimum of $200,000 and the transaction must be notarized no later than May 1, 2021.

The delivery of the GIFT CERTIFICATE - REFERENCE will be delivered in person to the REFERENCE, within ten (10) days following the signing of the notarial deed for the real estate transaction of the buyer client who has been duly referred to us.

This promotion includes the unique delivery of one (1) single GIFT CERTIFICATE - REFERENCE even though the referred purchasing customer may be composed of more than one individual.

The REFERENCE accepts that promotional photos and its collected comments will be the subject of testimonials published on the web platforms and social networks operated by Steven Buck.

The REFERENCE declares to have read, understood and accepts all the rules and conditions of this GIFT CERTIFICATE - REFERENCE. The REFERENCE undertakes to comply with the rules and conditions in full, failing which the said participation and the awarding of rewards will be cancelled without delay.

The certificate cannot be combined with any other BROMCO IMMOBILIER promotion.
