I have a story to tell you, and it is definitely worth hearing. At the dawn of my 30-year career in real estate, a journey rich in experiences as a broker, agency owner, investor, developer, general contractor and administrator of real estate organizations, I began to wonder how I could truly make a difference in real estate brokerage, especially for the consumer. I also wanted to leave a meaningful legacy to my two children, Zackary and Alexia. That is when I was incredibly inspired to create ZAX, a real estate agency exclusively dedicated to promoting and defending the interests of buyers. If you look closely at our agency's symbol, you will notice the integration of the letters Z and X, a tribute to my children's first names, and in addition, the union of the Z and the X also convincingly forms the letter A, a letter common to each of their names and which, in addition, highlights our primary mission, namely: Acheteur - the Buyer! My mission is clear. I work exclusively with real estate buyers and investors, regardless of the sign, the area or the style of the property. By never signing a brokerage contract with sellers, my energy and skills are exclusively focused on promoting and defending the interests of buyers and investors, while ensuring fair treatment and a great collaboration with my fellow real estate brokers.
